Michelle J. Lyn, MBA, MHA

Ms. Lyn, is Assistant Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Duke University Medical Center, is the Associate Division Director for the Division of Community Health and the Director of the Community Health Research Training and Community Liaison Centers of the Duke Center for Community Research (DCCR), Duke Translational Medicine Institute (DTMI). In her dual roles with the Division of Community Health and the DCCR, Ms. Lyn creates and leads community-engaged disease prevention/health promotion and primary care research and service programs for at-risk populations. Ms. Lyn also plans and manages educational programs for trainees at all levels and for faculty at Duke and across the United States. Ms. Lyn serves as the Program Director for Duke's Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Leadership Program, Health Leadership Program, the Community Health Fellowship, and is a course director for the Community Health Elective in the School of Medicine. Ms. Lyn's most recent community-engaged research and service work has focused in the area of developing collaborative community-based early intervention and service delivery mechanisms in mental health.
